Well, that will seperate the Monster trucks from your Truggies. That means your Lightings and the new XTM's will not race against the Revo's and Maxxes. To bad truggies you just lost your advantage.LOL

Truggies will probably die off now and the MT classes will fill with people owning Maxxes and Revos that wouldn't race against the truggies.
Monster Madness at Enfield the true monster class was by far the biggest

Well MT racing started cause of the 1000's of T-Maxxes out there. People got truggies cause they gave them an advantage (ie Kevin) now they won't have an advantage people will probably loose interest.
Something similar happened with gear box dirt oval cars vs direct drive oval cars, once direct drive was made to run against other direct drives only they died off.

lolits like stock vs mod and they are both popular, its the progression of the class, we may not like it but it i and im not saying this because i have an lsp (which according to roar isnt a truggy) but its the truth and to be completely honest there wont be a specification at regionals. Also if there is then i will run bothe trucks, i didnt but the lsp for an advantage i bought to keep up.....just like someone buying a bigger, faster motor would if they were really slow.

But you did run it last week to have an advantage

(which according to roar isnt a truggy) What part about standard monster truck, the lowest point of the motor must sit at least 1.5" above the lowest point of the truck when compressed? The lsp doesn't meet that rule

i ran it last week to have an advantage yes just like i ran the revo to have an advantage agait savages and t-maxxs just like others ran theyre mammoth st to have an advantage...the same reason you run brushless, to have an advantage, racing is and always will be about growing technology which ends up being advantages.
Dawn sanchez keeps refering two the "LP's" being standard monster trucks....i think this means lightning pro, because i have no idea what else it could be and yes it probably wouldnt fit in the guidlines but i could make it fit if i wanted.....but i wont i will run in the unlimited class and the production w/ the revo

Look people you can run whatever truck you want in monster truck, because there are no rules enforced at dougs, cause they are not a roar track, its more of a run what you brung type deal. So i dont know why you all are arguing, and same goes for roar races, regional level they combine the two, and at the national level they seperate them because there are enough, and the new trucks are basically buggies, so they have an advantage, but that doesnt mean that you cant win with a revo, look at steve slayden, he runs a revo with a .23 in the outlaw monster truck class, and finishes in the top three, so i dont think there are any advantages, you just have to drive.

wow.... Brain speaks his mind..... holy shit!!!!!!! well a freakin .23 is a big block... so u tellin me an O.S. .18 can keep up with the truggies.... I don't think so.

The truggies are not an advance in technology they are (were) taking advantage of the rules or lack of rules.
Brian you know that is bullshit a truggy has a center diff and all of the heavy components about 1.5” to 2” below that of a true monster truck.
At the last Roar national race where true monster trucks ran against truggies Slayden could only make the B main (out of only 40 entries). Earlier he did fairly well against truggies because there wasn’t many factory drivers (like himself) running in the class.
Racing is not who can buy the most shit. Level the playing field and the end results are usually quite different.

Dawn sanchez keeps refering two the "LP's" being standard monster trucks....i think this means lightning pro, Dawn Sanchez is a moron who has never raced, she ran for a position cause her husband races. She probably thinks she is refering to the LST.
