I really think its going to be hard to beat Associated's truck. It just impressed me so much the first time I drove it. They may be able to catch up but I doubt surpass it.

you know the more i look at it the more top heavy it looks...i am also thouroughly impressed with the truck i finally charged the batss somewhat today and put in the reedymotor...this thing is a handful. all that is left is to get it ballanced, i need the smaller xs3 reciever. How are you guys mounting your electronics?

I got a Novak XXL that I mount on the center brace and my Quantum Reverse goes behind the servo.
That reedy motor isn't well suited to Dougs track, it takes a long time to wind up. I didnt realize until I drove one on a 100 foot straight it didnt seem to get fast until about half way down the straight.
If you still have that Beast motor I bet it will be a better motor for Dougs, torquier.
The losi truck more of a Monster?

You can run the Reedy on a small track but make sure you use the optional 60T spur and a small pinion. Heck on a big track I found it fastest at 60/11, that thing really likes to wind out.
